We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing & Procurement Executive to manage our procurement operations and ensure smooth supply chain management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchasing activities, including vendor communication, quotation collection, negotiation, and order placement. - Maintain and update purchase records, reports, and price lists accurately. - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of goods. - Collaborate with internal teams to forecast requirements and support smooth operations. - Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. - Assist in developing vendor relations and implementing cost-saving strategies. Requirements: - Good typing speed with accuracy. (50+ WPM, with 90% Accuracy) - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data management, etc.). - Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain fundamentals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Compensation & Benefits: - Freshers: INR 15,000 20,000 PM - Experienced: INR 20,000 30,000 PM Screening/Elligibility Questions (Yes/No) 1.
