Designation - Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs and applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties.Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; and soliciting observations from operators.Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components. Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturerâs instructions and established procedures; and requesting special services.Maintains system and product data base by writing computer programs and entering data.Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problemsEvaluate final productâs overall performance, reliability and safetyAlter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctionsEstimate budget and scope of projectSolicit observations from operatorsPrepare product reports and documentationEngage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methodsEligibility Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME).Graduated between 2022 and 2023.Minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualification.No current backlogs at the time of application.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: INR 3 - 5 LPA Employee benefits and facilities as per company policy. Requirements and skillsProven working experience in mechanical engineeringWorking experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.Creativity and analytical skillsAbility to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable mannerTechnical writing skills BE/B.Tech
