React Micro Frontend Technical Lead

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled React Micro Frontend Lead professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of micro frontend solutions while learning to effectively collaborate with AI development tools. You'll work on building modular frontend components and applications under the guidance of senior developers, gaining valuable experience in scalable architecture patterns.

What You'll Do:

- Development & Implementation:
- Develop and maintain micro-frontend components using Module Federation and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces following established design systems
- Collaborate with AI coding assistants to enhance development productivity
- Implement features within existing micro-frontend applications
- Ensure code quality through testing and peer review participation
- AI-Assisted Development:
- Learn and utilize AI-powered development tools for code assistance and optimization
- Participate in AI-enhanced development workflows and best practices
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing on AI tool effectiveness and usage patterns
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Contributed to team discussions on technical approaches and solutions
- Share knowledge and learn from team members in a collaborative environment
- Quality & Performance:
- Write unit and integration tests for developed components
- Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility
- Follow coding standards and contribute to documentation efforts

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 Years of professional frontend development experience in building and deploying responsive web applications utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
- 4+ years of production-level JavaScript/TypeScript development
- 2+ years working with micro-frontend architecture or similar distributed systems
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI development tools and workflows is preferred.
- Experience working in collaborative development environments with code reviews
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities
- Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable design patterns
- Experience with agile development processes and modern development workflows
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and documentation
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning attitude towards new technologies and best practices
- Leadership potential for guiding technical decisions and mentoring team members
- Advanced Frameworks & Libraries:
- Web Solutions: Experience with advanced web rendering techniques (SSR, SSG), robust routing (App Router) and data loading patterns for building high-performance web applications
- State Management: Experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Jotai
- Micro-Frontend Ecosystem:
- Single-SPA: Knowledge of micro-frontend orchestration frameworks
- Nx Monorepos: Experience with monorepo management and build optimization
- Micro-frontend Communication: Understanding of cross-application communication patterns
- Independent Deployment: Experience with containerization and independent service deployment
- AI Tools Proficiency Requirements:
- Code Generation Tools: Experience with Augment Code, Continue.dev, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants
- AI Code Review: Familiarity with AI-powered code analysis and suggestion tools
- Automated Testing: Knowledge of AI-driven test generation and maintenance tools
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to effectively communicate with AI development agents
