Assist students in academic projects, internships, and research activities. 4. Assessment and Evaluation Prepare question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and record grades as per institutional policies. Maintain transparency and fairness in evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve. 5. Administrative and Academic Coordination Participate in department meetings, academic committees, and institutional events. Maintain class records, attendance, and academic performance data. Coordinate with other faculty members and staff for smooth functioning of academic activities. Support accreditation processes and contribute to quality assurance initiatives. 6. Professional Development and Research (if applicable) Engage in research activities, paper publication, or attend academic conferences and workshops. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field and upgrade teaching methodologies.
