Job Description, - Project: SAP S/4HANA 2023 Implementation - Modules: Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, Logistics Integration - Duration: Monthly retainer Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration support, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Key Responsibilities - Conduct business requirement workshops for Procurement & Inventory functions - Good knowledge of Export and Import processes - Configure SAP MM processes including Purchase requisition & purchase order management of Source lists, vendor master, info records, contracts & RFQ processing Goods receipt, put-away, goods issue, material movements, physical inventory Integration with FI, EWM, TM, and DRC. - Support WRICEF specs for MM related customizations and interfaces - Support data migration (material master, vendor master, open PO, stock load) - Prepare test scripts, execute SIT & UAT sessions, resolve defects. - Create training documents and conduct train-the-trainer sessions - Assist cutover planning and hyper care support Required Skills - 6–10 years SAP MM experience (at least 1 S/4HANA greenfield) - Strong hands-on in P2P lifecycle, Service procurement o GR/IR and integration with FI o Inventory mgmt. & logistics execution - Knowledge of EWM & TM integration is a must Confidential Technical & Integration Skills, - Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA integration with EWM and TM (delivery, freight, and warehouse postings) - Strong knowledge of MM-FI integration (GR/IR, tax, invoice posting) - Expertise in SAP interfacing technologies: IDocs (Inbound/Outbound — ORDERS, INVOIC, MATMAS, LESWM, DESADV) BAPIs for PO, GR, Vendor, Material, etc. o Standard and custom RFC/BAPI Experience with: SAP CPI or middleware exposure (monitoring/integration knowledge) API consumption (REST/OData) for supplier portals or logistics - Ability to write/validate functional specs for WRICEF objects - EDI & 3PL integration awareness (desired) Cutover & migration tooling experience: LTMC / Migration Cockpit o LSMW for legacy master data Resource
