Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the ERP solution. Reporting accurate metrics during test prep and execution activities. Understanding the scope of test strategy and managing communication to colleagues and client leadership. Deep understanding of Oracle Financial ERP Databases/tables/fields, including SQL, PL/SQL for querying the database and supporting architectural designs of test automation. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team. Experience Working closely with product owners and business analyst to ensure acceptance criteria is accurately captured and share feedback as needed. Good working experience on Oracle Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Device Life Cycle, Purchasing, and Expenses) from both a data and process end to end flow perspective Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Source to Pay (STP) Plan to Deliver (PTD) Order to Cash-Fulfillment (OTC-F) Order to Cash-Partner (OTC-P) Project to Retire (PTR) Record to Report (RTR) Business Performance Management (BPM) SCO (Supply Chain Orchestration) PO (Purchase Order) Familiarity of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for integration with test automation tools. Skills in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for designing test automation of Oracle ERP data flows. Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other tools. General Responsibilities and Skillset: Support new projects and programs - assessing impact to Back Office work streams and quickly assimilate the project knowledge and design direction. Represent the Back-Office organizations on projects and programs, working closely with and knowing when to involve the business SMEs. Facilitate requirement sessions, provide requirements, provide guidance on creating appropriate requirements, and provide appropriate success criteria. Participate in design sessions and review technical documentation. Create User Acceptance Test cases, Scenarios, and Plans. Communicate testing needs with appropriate resources and share results with work streams. Understand use of test and defect management tools such as JAMA, qTest, Jira. Provide recommendations on when to trade off functionality, and when not to trade off, and communicate to multiple audiences. Work with the project management to ensure delivery of the project requirements. Education, Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in IT in addition to accounting or finance, preferred but not required Master's degree, preferred but not required
