Job Description:

We are hiring for theCareer Leap Programand are looking for a Senior Career Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide career guidance to individuals who are ready to take the next leap in their careers. You will help clients identify and pursue new opportunities, refine their skill sets, and achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct career counseling sessions with clients via online meetings.
- Provide professional advice on career growth, job opportunities, and skill development.
- Update attendance, meeting details, and next action items after each meeting using the company&aposs provided form.
- Ensure high-quality meetings by conducting them with proper camera setup, lighting, and minimal ambient noise.
- Track and manage the number of meetings conducted and conversions achieved.
- Maintain a minimum of 70 meetings per month.
- Convert clients based on the guidance and strategies you provide, with conversions counted in the month they occur.

Compensation:

- 150 per meeting(each meeting lasts between 30-45 minutes)
- 300 per conversion(per successful client conversion)
