Job Title Lead Engineer - Sales can vary based on the candidate s experience - Location Ahmedabad- Experience Required Minimum 1 Year in Solar Ground Mount Project Sales- Department Sales- Reporting To Head - SalesJob Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Engineer - Sales with at least 1 year of proven experience in selling Solar Ground Mount Projects The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation proposal development client conversion and sales pipeline management This role will play a key part in expanding our solar business footprint and achieving revenue targets Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Solar Ground Mount segment- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calls networking and referrals- Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals and solutions- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide post-sales support- Collaborate with internal teams engineering finance project execution to ensure smooth handover and execution- Regularly report on sales activities forecasts and achievements to the managementKey Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales of Solar Ground Mount projects- Strong understanding of the solar industry especially ground-mounted solutions- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads opportunities simultaneously- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Excel PowerPoint ref updazz com
