Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and sales processes.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients for follow-ups and inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
