Job Title Sales Counselor Department Sales counselor Location Sakhiya Skin Clinic Job Summary The Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding patients regarding skin hair and cosmetic treatments converting inquiries into confirmed treatments and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent patient experience Key Responsibilities Greet patients and understand their skin hair concerns Explain treatment plans procedures packages and pricing clearly Counsel patients and convert walk-ins calls and online inquiries into sales Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment planning Maintain patient records follow-ups and conversion reports Handle billing coordination and payment follow-ups Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Upsell and cross-sell clinic services and packages Resolve patient queries and ensure high satisfaction Follow clinic SOPs and maintain confidentiality Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Undergraduate any stream 1-3 years experience in sales counseling skin clinic hospital wellness or service industry preferred Strong communication and convincing skills Presentable personality and patient-friendly approach Ability to handle objections and close sales Basic computer knowledge CRM Excel billing software Key Competencies Target-oriented mindset Customer relationship management Follow-up and retention skills Team coordination Professional ethics Working Hours As per clinic shift schedule Salary Incentives Competitive salary attractive incentive structure based on performance Reporting To Clinic Manager Branch Head Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
