Job Description Associate Marketing Consultant - Influencer/Sourcings at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC] Vision: To have an El Soul [team member] who is a self-starter. Key Responsibilities: Understand ESSC's Core Values, Vision, and Goals. Foster an understanding of your role's importance in the growth of the company. Keep your peers motivated and maintain high morale to encourage a friendly and open environment. Follow ESSC protocols with respect to processes- briefing documents, daily updates, agenda's etc. Ensure adherence to ESSC's policies and good practices. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms. Research and shortlist influencers that align with brand goals and campaign needs. Liaise with influencers or their managers to organize deliverables, schedules, and approvals. Monitor campaign metrics and compile post-campaign performance reports. Keep up with the latest trends, emerging platforms, and creative approaches within influencer marketing. Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy. Requirements Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. Attention to Detail: Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. Proactive & Adaptable: Excited to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
