Job Description Responsibilities - Developing Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. - Supervising Project Teams: Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful execution. - Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams: Align project objectives and deliverables with various teams to ensure cohesive progress. - Monitoring Progress: Track project performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep the project on track. - Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues. - Ensuring Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards Qualifications - BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering on regular basis and Post Graduate diploma in project management from NICMAR. - Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera and other relevant tools is a must. PMP certification will be an added advantage. - 20+ years of industry experience out of which must have 15 years of experience in Hydro/PSP sector.
