About the role: Learning Consulting (LC) team works closely with our customers and enables them to find the best solution for their learning needs. This includes deeply partnering with various stakeholders and supporting their journey on the marketplace platform, throughout the lifecycle of learning and development, i.e. from Needs Identification (TNA/TNI), Solutioning, Finalization.

The team comprises category-specific LCs who specialize in one or more categories from below list:

- Domain Upskilling - IT or any Industry
- Functional upskilling
- New Hire Bootcamps
- Employee Engagement and Wellness
- Assessment
- Content Creation Service
- Content Subscription
- LXP
- Behavioral Upskilling - Executive Coaching | Leadership | HR/OD
- Consulting | D&I | Assessment Center and Development Center

The Key Deliverable of the LC team:

- Collaborate closely with clients to conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify specific learning requirements and objectives.
- Act as the liaison between the client and vendors, coordinating the delivery of customized learning solutions that align with client needs.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to assess the effectiveness and performance of the learning solutions provided.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders within the client organization to expand the reach and impact of the learning programs, driving greater client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Consulting:

- Partnering deeply with the customer stakeholders
- Asking domain specific as well as standard questions to ensure right data capture.
- Helping customer identify the best solution for their need.
- Consulting skill & Ability to become trusted advisor.
- Basic Category knowledge
- Ability & Interest to learn new skills.
- Basic Understanding of L&D process and learning lifecycle

2. Solutioning:

- Work with Internal teams to get the best vendors onboarded.
- Collaborate with Vendor/Partners to scout for and curate best learning solution as per the customer need.
- Do data-driven price negotiation.

3. Operational:

4. Selling/Upselling/Evangelism/Customer Success:

- Ensure right customer education about OT Concept and ways of working.
- Ensure closer of the requests raised by the customer, leading to bookings and revenue realization.
- Speak to various stakeholders of the customer and ensure OT&aposs adoption increases, leading to growth of revenue.

Candidate requirements:

- 0-2 years Experience
- Candidates with B.Tech / MBA
