▷ Urgent Devops Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud & DevOps Consultant to join us on a part-time, consulting basis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS (IaaS and PaaS), Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and networking, with additional experience in RedHat OpenShift and MLOps being highly desirable. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams, architecting scalable cloud solutions, and enabling DevOps best practices across our projects. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cloud/DevOps roles Key Responsibilities: 1. Cloud Infrastructure Advisory - Advise, guide and implement the design, deployment, and management of cloud solutions using Azure and AWS (IaaS and PaaS) - Recommend best practices for multi-region, highly available cloud environments - Provide expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and AWS CloudFormation 2. DevOps & Automation Consulting - Review and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, and related tools - Mentor internal teams on automation, deployment, and monitoring strategies - Recommend and implement DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and testing 2 3. Containerization & Orchestration - Design, build, and manage containerized applications using Docker - Deploy, maintain, and scale Kubernetes clusters (AKS on Azure, EKS on AWS) - Provide insights and support on RedHat OpenShift deployments (nice to have) - Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of containerized environments 4. Networking & Security - Consult and guide on configuration and managing networking components (VNets, VPCs, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs) in Azure and AWS - Guide on implementation and monitoring security best practices (IAM, RBAC, secrets management) across both platforms - Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies 5. Monitoring & Incident Management - Set up observability tools (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Log Analytics) - Define alerting and logging strategies for proactive issue detection and resolution - Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and troubleshooting 6. MLOps Support - Collaborate with data science teams to automate ML model deployment and monitoring - Support CI/CD workflows for machine learning pipelines - Monitor model performance and assist in automating retraining and deployment processes Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud services (IaaS, PaaS) - Deep expertise in Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps tools, CI/CD pipeline automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation) - Proficiency with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS) and Docker for containerization and orchestration - Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud network configuration (Azure, AWS) - Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools across both platforms - Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) - Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools for ML model lifecycle management - Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills 3 Engagement Details - Type: Part-time Consultant (number of hours per week/month negotiable) - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hybrid options possible) - Duration: 6 months (extendable based on project needs) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a flexible, impactful consulting role, driving cloud and DevOps excellence across innovative projects
