Job Description WC-Process, Audit & Compliance Manager-CO-SBB INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: Reports to: WC:Head-Process, Audit & Compliance-CO-SBB Is a Team leader Y Team Size: 0 to 3 Grade: DM/Manager/ Sr. Manager Business: Corporate Center Department: SBB Credit Sub-Department: SBB Credit Location: About Wholesale Credit The SBB Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all the Retail clientele of the Bank. Itis also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes AbouttheRole compliance Key Responsibilities - Performs quality assurance reviews makes recommendations for quality assurance and improvement programs. - Participates in risk assessments. - Provides guidance to mitigate potential risks or conflict. - Informs clients of risk, makes recommendations to resolve risk, and consults with departments on the resolution of recommendations.Researches, executes, and documents compliance reviews. - Conducts compliance audits, inspections, reviews, and tests. - Reviews protocols for research projects and advises faculty and staff on regulations and policies. - Responds to potentially serious compliance issues and violations or consults with management on appropriate responses. - Reviews information from investigations to ensure resolutions have been satisfactorily implemented or determines if further action is necessary. - End to end monitoring all regulatory schemes. - Co-ordination with locations for audit / compliance observations resolution. - Training to team on persisting errors pointed by Auditors. Qualifications - Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred) from a recognized institute - Experience of over 2 to 5 years in the field ofauditing, including financial, operational, andcompliance audits Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess: - Knowledge of credit, relevant industry and product trends - Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms - Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
