Notice Period: Immediate-15 days Contract: Longterm contract(Extendable) Work: Hybrid-PAN INDIA Experience: Min 8+ Years Job Description- Should have implemented, configured, and supported SAP's advanced planning solution for detailed production planning and optimization within S/4HANA. Needs to have strong supply chain knowledge and experience with heuristics, optimizers, and integration with other SAP modules. Key responsibilities include designing solutions, conducting workshops, managing master data, providing user training, and troubleshooting issues to improve production efficiency and meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Design & Implementation: Analyze business needs and design and implement SAP ePPDS solutions, including configuring master data, planning heuristics, and optimizers. - Integration: Integrate ePPDS with other SAP modules like SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and other relevant systems. - Project Management: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, from blueprinting and testing to go-live support. - User Training & Support: Provide user training and support, troubleshoot ePPDS issues, and conduct user workshops to demonstrate capabilities. - Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the ePPDS framework. - Documentation: Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, user manuals, and other project documentation. - Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of PPDS functionalities like characteristics-dependent planning, shelf-life planning, and campaign planning to resolve complex issues. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP ePPDS features and best practices for continuous enhancement of solutions. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PPDS heuristics and optimizers, CIF integration, and managing Planned Orders. - SAP Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP ePPDS, ideally within S/4HANA, and strong knowledge of SAP PP. - Supply Chain Knowledge: A deep understanding of supply chain processes, production planning, and detailed scheduling scenarios. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and effective solution designs. - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams. - Project Experience: Experience with SAP ePPDS implementations, roll-outs, and troubleshooting is often required.
