NET Full Stack Developer (.NET Core + Angular 12+ + SQL Server) | 4–6 Years | C2H | 1.6 LPM+ | Multiple Locations We are hiring .NET Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular 12+, SQL Server, and Entity Framework/ORM. This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role with a mandatory move to our payroll after 6 months. We are looking to close 10 positions next week, so timely and accurate profile submission is critical. ⚠ Important Submission Checklist (Must Follow — No Exceptions) Before sharing any profile, kindly ensure the following details are provided and verified: Total Experience Relevant Experience (specifically .NET Core + Angular 12+ + SQL + EF/ORM) Communication Rating (Out of 5) Confirmation: Candidate agrees to C2H and joining our payroll after 6 months LWD – Exact Date Mandatory Candidates with 15-day notice period are auto rejection Any Offer in Hand – Must be disclosed Candidate must be from the mentioned locations or have a genuine reason to relocate Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering is mandatory (Profiles were rejected earlier due to education mismatch) Please double-check details before sharing profiles to avoid rejection. Role: .NET Full Stack Developer Experience: 4 – 6 Years Positions: 10 Engagement: C2H (Conversion after 6 months) Project Duration: 6 Months Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM May require up to 4 hours overlap with US hours Rate: 1.6 LPM + Tax Final rate negotiable based on performance & experience Location (Hybrid): Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida Candidate must work 2–3 days from office weekly Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core Proficiency with Angular 12+ Strong knowledge of SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Optimization) Experience with ORM tools – Entity Framework Core or similar Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design capabilities Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Azure Cloud Exposure to Microservices architecture Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core and Angular 12+ Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components Work with Entity Framework Core for data access and ORM mapping Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and cloud teams Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability Be flexible to overlap with US business hours when required
