Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QMS Engineer at Solartive Techno Industries Pvt LTd, located in Greater Noida. The QMS Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Additional tasks include conducting internal audits, identifying areas for improvement, preparing and reviewing quality documentation, providing training to staff, and coordinating with various departments to resolve quality-related issues. Qualifications - Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) - Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements - Ability to conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement - Excellent documentation and technical writing skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field - Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
