We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our Kidzee team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Planning & Lesson Delivery: Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans in alignment with preschool curriculum goals. Conduct structured and play-based activities to teach basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, shapes, days of the week, animals, and more. Integrate fun and educational elements through storytelling, singing, art, games, and role-play. 2. Child Development Support: Monitor and support each child’s developmental milestones including speech, motor skills, social behavior, and emotional regulation. Encourage independence in tasks such as using the toilet, eating, dressing, and expressing needs. Identify children who may need additional support and inform school management or parents when required. 3. Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe classroom environment that is welcoming and stimulating. Implement basic classroom rules and encourage good behavior using positive reinforcement techniques. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, including during outdoor play or field trips. 4. Interactive Engagement: Foster a sense of curiosity and imagination through hands-on, creative activities. Encourage social interaction, group work, and cooperative play among children. Help children develop basic communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. 5. Parent Communication: Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to share feedback on student progress. Communicate openly with parents via written notes, school apps, or calls regarding behavioral issues, health concerns, or academic progress. Offer suggestions to parents on how to support learning at home. 6. Assessment & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of each child’s learning, attendance, and behavior. Complete observation reports, developmental checklists, and student portfolios. Submit periodic reports to school administration regarding class performance and teaching outcomes. 7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with assistant teachers, coordinators, and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Participate in staff meetings, workshops, training sessions, and school events. Provide input into curriculum updates and school improvement plans. 8. Health & Hygiene Supervision: Oversee and guide children in basic hygiene routines, including hand washing, toileting, and mealtime etiquette. Administer basic first aid if trained and report any injuries or illness to school management immediately. Ensure the cleanliness of toys, books, furniture, and learning tools.Required Skills & Competencies: Communication Skills: Clear and positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
