We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives in a performance-driven environment. If you're data-obsessed, comfortable with full-funnel ownership, and eager to make a measurable impactthis role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Drive top-of-funnel growth through SEO, paid campaigns, and content strategies
- Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Email, SEO) to generate and convert quality leads
- Build and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic
- Set up and manage HubSpot workflows, nurturing sequences, and lead scoring systems
- Own marketing automation and performance analytics, using tools like Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and HubSpot
- Create and optimise landing pages for conversions, working with content, design, and dev teams
- Analyse campaign performance, build dashboards, and share actionable insights for MQL-to-SQL improvements

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and digital campaign execution
- Deep experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and A/B testing
- Proven track record of running data-backed lead generation and conversion strategies
- Excellent understanding of analytics tools and dashboards (GA, Ahrefs, GTM, etc.)
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with UX/UI and CRO best practices
