Job Title: Figma Web Designer Full-time · On-site (Work from Founder’s Residence Bangalore) Budget: Upto ₹80,000/month About Us: We are a creative web studio building visually striking websites in the software and tech industry. We’re looking for a full-time Web Designer to help bring ideas to life. Role Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role based at the founder’s residence. You'll be responsible for designing websites directly in Figma. We’re looking for someone who brings both creative vision and fully own projects end-to-end with perfection. Responsibilities: - Design and build responsive, production-ready websites using Figma - Translate briefs and brand identities into polished digital experiences - Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team - Ensure consistency, performance, and responsiveness across all breakpoints - Contribute ideas to improve design quality, user experience, and workflow - Fully own projects end-to-end Requirements: - Strong proficiency in Figma - A portfolio showcasing your best Web Design works (not just any example) - Deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography - Attention to detail and pride in clean, functional design - Ability to work from the founder’s residence full-time - Clear communication and the ability to take initiative Nice to Have: - Experience with development in Framer - Background in branding, UI/UX, or digital product design - Interest in startups, SaaS, or creative tech Compensation 1. ₹50,000–₹80,000/month, based on experience and skill 2. On-site setup with a collaborative, focused work environment 3. Opportunity to work on premium, high-impact projects 4.
