Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project lifecycle management, configuration, and integration with related SAP modules. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP PS solutions to support enterprise project execution and financial control processes. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute end-to-end SAP PS configurations, including project definitions, WBS structures, networks, milestones, and settlement profiles. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze project management requirements and map them to SAP PS functionalities. - Work closely with functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM) to ensure seamless integration between modules and overall business processes. - Support S/4HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. - Perform system enhancements, customizations, and troubleshooting in alignment with SAP best practices. - Develop and document functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). - Provide post-implementation support, including user training, performance optimization, and issue resolution. - Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, proposing system improvements, and aligning SAP PS configurations to business needs. Preferred Candidate Profile - 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS Consultant with strong expertise in configuration and integration. - Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation or migration projects. - Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, resource allocation, and billing processes. - Working knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP modules. - Exposure to Fiori applications, CDS Views, and SAP Activate methodology will be an advantage. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with client-facing experience.
