Our client is one of the leading Asset Management firms which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies Looking for a candidate to join their Business Transformation Team in Mumbai Please contact Apoorva Sharma or email your cv directly in word format with Job ID 14650 toPlease note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted If you do not hear from us in the next 7 business days we regret to inform you that your application for this position was unsuccessful riskandquants-in theedgepartnership comKey responsibilities Manage complex transformation projects and transitions focusing on building and strengthening capabilities across trade lifecycle client lifecycle investment lifecycle functions for both public and private markets ensuring successful implementation and handover to BAU Drive change management initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement Develop project charters risk mitigation strategies governance frameworks and maintain project artefacts Build in-house frameworks for activity analysis knowledge management and process excellence Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency improvement automation and globalization of processes Role requirements 8 10 years of management experience in leading transformation initiatives within asset management buy side or capital markets Strong expertise in business process transformation transition management and project management PMP certification preferred Proficiency in documenting lifecycle processes process mapping L1-L5 and process controls Familiarity with design thinking Six Sigma Lean methodologies and Agile practices are an advantage Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with senior leadership and global teams
