In a Direct Marketing role you ll be promoting products services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers It s your job to help increase sales by raising the profile of your business through targeted promotional marketing campaigns and strategies Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate leads through direct marketing efforts including face-to-face meetings calls emails and presentations Present promote and sell products services to existing and prospective clients Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions that meet their requirements Achieve targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe Maintain and expand a client database by establishing and nurturing strong relationships Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty Collaborate with internal teams including sales and product development to align sales strategies with business goals Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations product demonstrations and proposals to clients Keep up to date with product knowledge industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market Track and report on sales performance customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement Key Skills Qualifications MBA B tech required Proven experience 2-3 years in direct sales marketing or a similar role preferred Willingness to travel around Kerala Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong customer orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets Ability to handle objections and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously We can consider vibrant fresher candidates who have strong aspiration to direct field marketing and willingness to travel all around Kerala to meet the outcome Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Tirurangadi Malappuram - 676306 Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Direct marketing Sales 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
