Job Title HR Executive Location BAHADURGARH Industry Manufacturing Automobile Engineering Experience 3-8Years Qualification Graduate MBA Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment through LinkedIn Naukri and Indeed along with exposure to payroll processing and basic labour law compliance The candidate will support end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth people management processes Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions Source candidates using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other job portals Screen resumes coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning Payroll HR Operations Assist in monthly payroll processing attendance and leave management Maintain employee records HR files and documentation Handle onboarding induction and exit formalities Manage HR databases and employee master data Labour Law Compliance Basic Basic knowledge of PF ESI Bonus Gratuity Leave Attendance Support statutory compliance and coordination with consultants Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labour laws Employee Engagement Support Address employee queries related to HR policies payroll and benefits Support performance appraisal processes Assist in employee engagement activities and training coordination Skills Competencies Strong recruitment skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed Knowledge of payroll processes Basic understanding of Indian labour laws Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel Word Ability to handle confidential information Preferred Candidate Profile MBA PG Diploma in HR preferred Experience in manufacturing or automobile industry is an advantage Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Salary Benefits Salary As per industry standards Benefits PF ESI Leave Bonus and other statutory benefits Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 017 62 - 28 268 94 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
