Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Influencer Marketing Sales Professional

to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site position.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential influencers, developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships. You will manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy to execution, ensuring maximum ROI for clients and a seamless experience for influencers.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Identifying, evaluating, and engaging with influencers across multiple platforms.
Pitching and selling influencer marketing campaigns to brands and agencies.
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with clients.
Coordinating with internal creative, operations, and marketing teams for flawless campaign execution.
Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
Providing 24/7 support and communication to both influencers and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Continuously exploring new trends in social media and influencer marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

Excellent

communication, sales, and public relations skills .
Strong understanding of

influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies .
Prior

experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management .
Proven ability to meet and exceed

sales targets and revenue goals .
Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field .
Ability to work full-time

on-site in Bengaluru .
A

proven track record

of successful influencer marketing campaigns or partnerships will be considered a strong plus.
Self-driven, energetic, and willing to work in a

fast-paced startup environment .
