Job Title: Lead Consultant – Supply Chain Public Cloud

Key Skills - Supply Chain with Public Cloud implementation is a must

Must-Have Skills:

⦁ Experienced SAP Supply Chain consultant with exposure to PPDS and how the two products are used in conjunction

⦁ with required master data

⦁ Previous experience in triaging SAP incidents, and liaising with end users to identify and resolve issues Good communication skills – including liaison with various stakeholders via video calls and Emails

⦁ Experience of working in regulated environments (e.g. pharmaceutical) and conforming to set policies for producing

⦁ and maintaining documentation

⦁ Exposure to functional and UAT testing activities

Additional Preferred Experience:

⦁ Good understanding of GXP requirements

⦁ Exposure to Service Now IT Service Management tool

⦁ Experience in providing training to end users who have limited exposure to SAP systems

⦁ Previous experience of Change Management processes in a regulated environment
