Job description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects Locations- Alappuzha Bangalore Thiruvanthapuram Ernakulam Languages known- Malayalam English Hindi Accommodation provided Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the residential site Execute work as per drawings specifications and quality standards Coordinate with contractors labor teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of work Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources accordingly Monitor the progress of RCC brickwork plastering waterproofing tiling plumbing electrical and other residential construction activities Ensure adherence to quality safety and environmental standards Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports DPR material tracking labor deployment and checklists Identify and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager and assist in resolving them Inspect and approve construction materials delivered to site Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in residential building construction independent houses apartments villas etc Two wheelers Required Basic knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office and site management tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total 2 years Required Work Location In person
