We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our range of disposable products such as paper cups plates and biodegradable cutlery generate leads and increase brand visibility across B2B and retail sectors Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote company products Identify and pursue new market segments including wholesalers retailers hospitality businesses and institutional buyers Generate and qualify leads through field visits cold calling and trade shows Build and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and distributors Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery Conduct market research to understand competitors customer behavior and pricing trends Handle branding packaging ideas and promotional materials to improve product reach Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales preferably in manufacturing FMCG packaging industries Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Experience Total 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
