Job Responsibilities

Excellent understanding and proven expertise of Content marketing buckets such as -Textual Long form, short form, Creative, Digital Innovation, Audio

Work on projects and contribute to the creation of digital experiences.

Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content

Work across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behaviour

The ability to work to establish a content strategy that is in sync with the ARMs philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms

Driving innovation and creativity for ARM

Ensure all-around consistency in the content (style, fonts, images and tone) Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics for the website

Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

Write suitable blogs and articles for our community

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to Create infographics, visuals

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

Understand the Managements vision and present ideas accordingly

Support with marketing event planning and execution

Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications

Strong interest in content writing and marketing

Familiarity with web publications

Excellent writing and editing skills in English

Ability to work in a team

BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
