Job Title: Lead Data Engineer Company: ValueLabs Location: Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description: We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our business operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement data ingestion strategies from various sources. - Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transform raw data into usable formats. - Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes. - Implement data governance policies and standards. - Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and reliability. - Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data engineering. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent role. - Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python,or Scala. - Experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake. - Knowledge of data integration tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
