Overview TIOT Systems Ltd is seeking an Experienced Purchase Executive to join our dynamic procurement team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing supplier relationships negotiating contracts and optimizing purchasing processes You will play a critical role in driving cost efficiencies and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality goods and services that support our business operations Key Responsibilities 1 Supplier Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of products and services - Conduct evaluations and performance assessments of suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement 2 Strategic Procurement - Analyze purchasing needs across multiple departments and develop strategic sourcing plans that align with business goals - Lead negotiations for contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and service level agreements 3 Market Analysis - Monitor market trends pricing dynamics and supplier developments to inform purchasing decisions and strategies - Proactively identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies 4 Operational Excellence - Oversee the purchasing process from requisition to order fulfillment ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and reduce lead times 5 Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with finance production and other departments to ensure alignment on budgets schedules and procurement needs - Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on market analysis and purchasing data 6 Reporting and Documentation - Maintain comprehensive records of purchasing activities supplier agreements and compliance documentation - Prepare regular reports on purchasing metrics cost savings and supplier performance for management review Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration - Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management - Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with procurement software and enterprise resource planning ERP systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Purchasing 2 years Required Location Bhilai Chhattisgarh Required Work Location In person
