Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack lead developer or hands-on leading in it
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications with planning, implementing, and deploying it live
- Familiarity with common stacks in the backend and frontend specially the MERN stack
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js, React.js, Next.js)
- Proficiency with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), AWS S3 or EC2 buckets/web servers, Cloud Front CDN and UI/UX design using Figma
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is needed preferably in AWS Cloud Envy.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- An analytical mind with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An analytical mind, great attention to detail and organizational skills for problem-solving
- Degree in Computer Science, or MCA

Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand and design client-side and server-side back-end architecture
- Capability to build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs for front-end mobile and web
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Ability to do development tests on software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Create security and data protection settings in the solution
- Build features and applications with a web and mobile responsive design
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software with the root cause
- Write technical documentation and API documents
- Work with DevOps and network hosting team to improve software infrastructure
- Work with development teams, designers, and product managers to ideate software solutions.
