Job Description

We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various platforms, and the ability to develop and implement engaging content strategies. The Social Media Manager will be crucial in increasing our brand&aposs online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop and curate compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
- Utilize creative tools and techniques to enhance visual and written content, including graphics, images, videos, and infographics.

Audience Engagement and Interaction:

- Monitor social media channels, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and engagingly.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, cultivating a positive and interactive online community.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns or inquiries effectively.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Research and analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content and strategy adjustments.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Campaign Development and Execution:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user participation and brand loyalty.

Social Media Advertising:

- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and ad creative development.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position based at our office in Malad West - Mindspace.
