Role Purpose Industrial ControllerThe role will be responsible for Noida plant month end books closure and reporting review of industrial workbooks planning and execution of standard cost setting exercise Managing and controlling the overheads based on budget and forecast Responsible for Forecasting and Budgeting exercise of revenue and capex Monitoring and controlling of capex and revenue spend Inventory management ageing analysis obsolescence and overstock analysis Intrinsic part of CBS activities and project evaluation to ensure savings in the financials Close co-ordination with audit teams for timely closure and ensuring compliances Major Accountabilities Primary and Secondary duties xc2 xb7 Monthly Closure Review of month end industrial workbook review of expenses based on historical trends and comparison with budgets and forecast Analysis of excess lower spend vs budget and forecast Discussion with plant heads for monthly results and efficiency analysis xc2 xb7 Budgeting and Forecasting Responsible for budgeting and forecasting activity forNoida Plant Ensuring timely closure with accuracy and alignment with respective plant heads xc2 xb7 Product Costing Responsible for Annual product costing analysis and its smooth implementation in ERP along with monthly analysis xc2 xb7 Audit and Compliances Ensuring timely submission of information and compliances related to cost internal tax and external audits xc2 xb7 Development activities Identification of various development activities related to automation in system which are manual currently co-ordination with IT team for development and implementation xc2 xb7 Cost Reduction Efficiency activities Support to CBS WCM team for calculation and validation of data support in identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives xc2 xb7 Inventory Controlling Review and analysis of obsolete and ageing of inventory with SCM PPC team Coordination with Supply chain team for assessment of lead times safety stock and inventory level to be maintained at respective plant Leadership Team Management Responsibility xc2 xb7 Work closely with manufacturing and operations team of Noida Plant xc2 xb7 Responsible for Manufacturing control for Noida and report to APAC controlling team xc2 xb7 Regular interaction with Plant Manager APAC Industrial Operations Head and Controlling head Supply Chain headMinimum Qualifications Skills Experience and Language s Education Qualifications ICWA CA MBA FinanceEssential experience and skills xc2 xb7 Should have 15 to 20 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing domain xc2 xb7 Highest standards of accuracy and precision highly organized xc2 xb7 Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines under certain level of stress self-motivated and flexible working hours xc2 xb7 Ability to think creatively and self-motivated xc2 xb7 Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills xc2 xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint xc2 xb7 Demonstrate ability to analyze consolidate interpret financial dataKey Internal and External Relationships Internal xc2 xb7 Coordination with Internal Audit Statutory Auditors Accounting Taxation Cost Audit and Treasury etc xc2 xb7 Co-ordination with FP A team APAC Controlling and India operations teamExternal xc2 xb7 Participate in External Audit discussion with the Auditors wherever requiredMajor Challenges xc2 xb7 Delaing with operation teams for various data related requirement for preparation of books CNH Industrial
