Position Description As the Manager DevOps, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and maintaining cutting-edge systems across PAR's SaaS product lines. You will champion DevOps principles across development teams, driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring our infrastructure and deployment practices are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Position Location: Jaipur / Gurugram What We're Looking For Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership - Define and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with product and engineering goals. - Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed DevOps practices across the SDLC. - Drive adoption of LEAN, Agile, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. - Team Management - Mentor and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. - Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and manage resource allocation. - Technical Oversight - Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and other tools. - Guide infrastructure automation using IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, and ARM templates. - Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Datadog, or Grafana. - Lead container orchestration efforts using AWS EKS and support hybrid environments (Windows/Linux). - Oversee cloud infrastructure operations, cost optimization (FinOps), and security best practices. - Operational Excellence - Champion automation of operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and AWS CLI. - Establish and refine incident response protocols and system reliability practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of DevOps into product delivery. Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning: - 10+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role. - Deep expertise in AWS services (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.) and cloud-native architectures. - Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines for .NET and mobile applications. - Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure automation. - Proficiency in scripting languages and automation frameworks. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics. - Experience supporting SaaS products in cloud environments. - Experience with database administration and performance tuning. - Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, DSC). - Understanding of DevSecOps and Zero Trust architecture. - Background in cloud cost analysis and FinOps practices. - Prior experience leading DevOps teams delivering complex SaaS solutions.
