We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PHP IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a 24 7 shift capacity As a PHP IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and internal teams ensuring the seamless operation of our PHP-based systems This role requires a deep understanding of PHP excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced around-the-clock environment Responsibilities Provide technical support for PHP applications troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly Monitor and maintain the performance of PHP Laravel systems ensuring high availability and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests during 24 7 shifts Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and team members Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work weekends and holidays Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Proven experience working with PHP Laravel and PHP-based applications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a 24 7 shift rotation including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a similar IT support role is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Meal transport allowance Opportunities for professional development 1 day off per week Dynamic and collaborative work environment Provident Fund Job Types Full-time Permanent Rotational Shift Basis Morning Evening Night shift Experience Total Work 2 years Required PHP IT Support Specialist 1 year Required Interested candidates can share their updated CV at- hr adminlooks com or amit kr adminlooks com
