About the Role We are looking for a curious cat to join our marketing ninjas and work closely with our brand performance leads to create disseminate online and offline communications What You ll DoSocial Media Management Conceptualise and co-create the brand s social media calendar for multiple accounts channels Engage as the brand on social channels conversing with followers leads and customers Collaborate with the content team to create short-form assets for visual heavy Instagram and Youtube Assist with scripting short and long form content Manage end-to-end comms on all active social media channels from assisting in content creation cataloging content assets writing caption copy posting and response management Generate and share insightful reports on social media performance beyond vanity metrics Brand Communication Design Translate campaign briefs for retail design of in-store and digital brand assets for all touchpoints Create Press Releases and engage with journalists publications to disburse official brand comms Co- design assets for social media and other channels Digital Communications Copywriting Write copy for short long form social media assets - caption copy descriptions hooks for stories etc Conceptualiste and co-author storytelling content for blog posts email campaigns and digital guides Iteratively work on micro-copy for marketing automations designed to drive retention and conversion Layer all digital copy with keyword research and allied SEO best practices to strengthen organic discovery of the brand We re looking for you if you re Someone who wants to build their understanding of consumer psychology and behavioural sales for a lifestyle brand An aesthete tastemaker who can refine their sense of style to match brand sensibilities Eloquent yet simple in their ability to write and communicate ideas A multi-tasker who can work within a diverse team without being micro-managed Fairly proficient in basic tools Canva Google Docs Sheets Adobe suite and willingness to explore more advanced ones Holding basic know-how in writing smart and prompts for AI tools ChatGPT Midjourney A Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferably in but not limited to Design Business Marketing Visual Communications Work with us if you re looking to Work on omni-channel campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints Be part of the growth journey of a lifestyle D2C brand Co-create and collaborate with a diverse and driven team of creatives Understand and unlock real-world synergy between brand and performance marketing Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable travelling to Pilerne Industrial Estate Work Location In person
