Your role and responsibilities

IIn this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute tests on different products in various testing laboratories using standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will work independently by applying established standards, and instruct or coach other professionals. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results. The work model for the role is #LI-Oniste. This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Bengaluru, India. You will be mainly accountable for: . Responsible for the testing and validation of low voltage switchgear products as per relevant IS/ IEC standards. . Co-ordination with external certification bodies along with the team for certification at national and international level (e.g CPRI, DEKRA, ERDA,BIS). . Making of testing dashboard and test plan as per relevant product standard. . Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products. . Document all phases of research and development related validation and testing front

Qualifications for the role

- Degree in Electrical/Electro mechanical engineering from reputed institute.
- Min 12-18 years of experience in similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to quickly understand and solve technical problems.
- Proven experience in product testing and validation.
- Expertise in Creo, Windchill/ PDM & PLM software's
