What you'll be doing:

The Head of Technology will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of technology initiatives, managing sprint delivery, overseeing release management, and leading ongoing operational tasks that keep our technology function running efficiently. This role requires strong project management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams, bridging communication between the teams and, at times, with clients.

- Sprint Delivery Management: Lead and manage the full cycle of tech development and release management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Define roadmap, backlog grooming, and support in the scoping and assessment of development work.
- Technology Security Governance: Ensure that our technologies are continuously compliant with relevant regulations.
- Tech Issue Management: Oversee ticket planning, prioritization, and remediation for technology issues.
- Team Management: Talent management, manage and support all tech team members, conduct regular performance reviews, assess and improve process used in development to ensure that team is meeting productivity goals.
- External Development Management: Procure vendors and manage projects that involve external teams.
- Hardware & Infrastructure Management: Manage procurement, maintenance, and tracking of hardware (laptops, servers, etc.).

Who we are looking for:

- 8+ years' experience in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in tech delivery or project management within a technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with integrating AI to optimize performance management of a team.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with hardware management and procurement processes.
- Proactive mindset towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Located in Bangalore, India (preferred)
