helping us conserve precious resources serve our patients create value for stakeholders give back to society fulfil our potential and maintain our integrity and transparencyDr Reddy s maintains a work environment free from discrimination and is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to employ nurture all qualified diverse workforce without regard to race colour religion nationality sex age disability status genetics sexual orientation gender expression citizenship or any other characteristic or classification protected by applicable law s of the country we operate in We treasure every talent and recognize merit and diversity in our organization Job Summary To support all IP related inputs during product selection strategy product development and launch within regulatory and IP framework with the objective of Developing IP compliant API FormulationRoles Responsibilities Perform searches in various patent databases screening of relevant patents applications and prepare patent landscapes Perform searches in relevant regulatory databases and prepare the product reports including the Patent landscapes In depth reading of patents prosecution histories and propose design around strategies for the relevant composition patents Perform Freedom to Operate analysis and support necessary IP clearances Support the regulatory teams for necessary labelling changes Supporting the Product Selection Portfolio teams with necessary IP diligences Identification of prior arts to support building invalidation grounds for blocking patents applications Provide technical support to legal teams during litigation patent oppositions QualificationsEducational qualification M Pharm Ph D in PharmaceuticsMinimum work experience 3 -
