Sales Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience. The individual should have a strong background in handling financial data and databases, combined with solid analytical and technical skills. This role will require working with various financial platforms, drawing insights from data, and delivering actionable outputs for stakeholders. Desired Profile - Proficiency in working with financial databases and platforms. - Strong data analytics capabilities - mining, interpretation, and presentation. - Technical proficiency in database management and optimization. - Proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PPT. - Goal-driven, process-oriented, and self-motivated. - A good team player and should have the characteristics and temperament to be able to gel well with other team members. - Process oriented, driven and have the ability and urge to achieve goals that have been set. - Strong communication skills - verbal and written. - Clean track record on matters of ethics and integrity Key Responsibilities - Working with databases and platforms (such as Bloomberg, ACE Equity, Capitalline, eVestment, Preqin, Morningstar, and others to extract, manage, and analyse financial data) involving financial data in various forms. - Design, develop, and maintain databases to facilitate efficient data mining, report generation, and derivation of analytical insights. - Create, manage, and optimize databases to support data analysis. - Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and meaningful reports for the firm, clients, and stakeholders. - Conduct thorough data analysis to support business decision-making and financial strategies. - Create dashboards, presentations, and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues efficiently. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various sources and platforms. - Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
