The Role
- 1 year of experience in IT Disaster Recovery services in Banking or NBFC.
- administration and maintenance support for Resiliency orchestration tool including installation, application onboarding, Drill execution, Drill report creation, monitoring and maintenance activities
- conduct regular disaster recovery drills and tests to validate the effectiveness of the recovery plan and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor systems for potential signs of disaster or impending failures.
- Respond to and coordinate incident response efforts in the event of a disaster or disruptive event.
- Keep management and stakeholders informed about the status of disaster recovery preparedness, including risks, progress, and improvements.
Who You Are
- Experience in Linux and any database (Oracle, MySQL). Knowledge in scripting (Shell/Bash (linux), PowerShell (windows), JSON)
- Able to write scripts to integrate with different technologies using CLI&aposs /API&aposs.
- Understanding of the minimum two Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, VMware, Hyper-V, azure, AWS etc.)
- hands-on experience with Standalone and Clustered any UNIX platform (AIX/Solaris/HPUX/RHEL/etc.) and windows platform.
