Based in Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact. We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to support strategic M&A initiatives, including market research, due diligence, and financial analysis. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions. - Support the creation of financial models and valuation analysis. - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Research market trends and competitive landscapes. - Collaborate with senior executives to assess strategic fit and risks. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in M&A analysis or investment banking. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Knowledge of M&A processes and transaction structures. - Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Why Join Us - Competitive pay (Up to 1200/hour). - Flexible hours. - Remote opportunity NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to Rs. 1200 per hour (if you work an average of 3 hours every day - that could be as high as Rs 90K per month) once you clear our screening process.
