Position Senior Manager Solar Design - AC DC HT LT Experience Requirement Minimum 10 to 12 years of Experience Job Location Noida Uttar Pradesh We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager specializing in Solar Design with expertise in AC DC HT LT systems The ideal candidate will play a key role in the solar PV plant design and engineering process Responsibilities 1 Develop AC DC Single Line Diagrams for Solar PV Plants and contribute to the selection process 2 Perform String Calculations for optimal system efficiency 3 Design Metering and Protection Single Line Diagrams for the Switchyard 4 Size and select inverters according to Grid Code requirements 5 Conduct HV MV and LV Cable Sizing Calculations for both AC DC sides along with Transformer Sizing Calculations 6 Design Earthing and Lightning Protection for the Switchyard and the entire PV Solar Plant 7 Select and size CTs and PTs and perform associated calculations 8 Design Switchyard Layout and Switchyard Trench Layout 33 132kV 9 Develop Control Cable Schedules for Switchyard and perform Illumination Design Calculations 10 Review HT Switchgear RMU and ICOG Panel drawings and documents 11 Calculate Earthing Layout for ICR MCR and Switchyard area 12 Size and select HT MV LV Overall Cable Routing Trench Layout for the entire AC DC System 13 Prepare HT and LT Cable Schedules 14 Develop Equipment Room Layout and Trench Layout for the entire PV Plant 15 Prepare AC Side Auxiliary Single Line Diagrams Panels Circuit Breakers CTs PTs Lightning Arrestors and Isolators 16 Conduct Switchyard Calculations 17 Demonstrate proficiency in engineering standards such as IEC IEEE IS etc and be proficient in PV Syst and AutoCAD software 18 Engage in Pre-Bid Engineering and Detailed Design Engineering including switchgear sizing and specifications 19 Prepare Technical specifications for complete AC DC systems Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 2 Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Solar Design specifically in AC DC HT LT systems 3 In-depth knowledge of engineering standards IEC IEEE IS and proficiency in PV Syst and AutoCAD 4 Proven experience in Pre-Bid Engineering Detailed Design Engineering and switchgear sizing 5 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Engineeristic
