Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Swiggy, Oyo, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank-tech software services. https://snapmint.com/ Why Join Snapmint - Opportunity to shape the future of credit in India and impact millions of lives - Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a culture of innovation - Be part of a rapidly scaling company with experienced founders - Direct exposure to cutting-edge credit technologies and product development Key Responsibilities: - Conducting risk-based reviews of consumer credit lines - Identifying credit process weaknesses - Identifying emerging trends and issues - Perform independent data analysis to support or identify gaps in credit policies - Tracking of identified issues to resolution - Communicating Credit Review assurance results with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong clear thinking and succinct delivery of message Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience as a data / product analyst - Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and key financial product KPIs (attach rate, conversion, default rates), credit policies and risk metrics - Hands-on skills with SQL and Excel; ability to independently work on datasets and generate insights - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teams - Strong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality Location: Bangalore (Kadubeeshanahalli) Working days: Monday - Friday
