Job Description – Japanese Trainer Location: Online / Offline (Classroom) Position: Japanese Language Trainer Requirement: JLPT N4 / N3 Education: Any Degree About the Role We are looking for passionate and dedicated Japanese Language Trainers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a genuine interest in teaching, and the ability to effectively deliver Japanese language lessons to students at various levels. Key Responsibilities - Conduct Japanese language classes (Online & Offline). - Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. - Help students improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Japanese. - Track student progress and provide feedback. - Support students in preparing for JLPT exams. - Create an engaging and interactive learning environment. - Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum updates and training needs. Skills & Qualifications - JLPT N4 / N3 certification (mandatory). - Any degree from a recognized institution. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Prior teaching experience is an added advantage (not mandatory). - Ability to handle both online and offline classes. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
