Job Description Construction Domain Expert / Operations Manager About Us: Our mission is to revolutionise construction through automation, safety, and efficiency. The Role: We're hiring an experienced construction professional to serve as ourConstruction Domain Expert and Operations Lead. You'll be the bridge between our engineering team and the construction industry, helping us understand real-world construction challenges, validate our product roadmap, and establish strategic partnerships. Knowledge: A Civil Foreman must possess strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques, including concrete pouring, excavation, masonry, and heavy equipment operations. The role requires familiarity with blueprints, drawings, and construction plans, and the ability to interpret technical documents. Understanding construction materials and their applications is essential to ensure their correct usage for on-site simulations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure projects are progressing smoothly. - Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Conduct quality control and inspection of work to ensure standards are met. - Oversee material management, ensuring correct materials are on-site and used properly. - Coordinate and lead a team of workers, delegating tasks as needed. - Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met. - Manage the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment and tools. - Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to align operations with project schedules. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in the UAE/Dubai construction industry Proven experience as a Construction Operations Manager, Site Manager, or Project Manager Deep knowledge of Dubai construction workflows, major contractors, and industry decision-making processes Strong network within the Dubai/UAE construction sectorexisting relationships with contractors, project managers, and site leadership Operational expertise: Experience managing complex construction sites, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and solving real-time site challenges Fluency in Hindi or English; Arabic is a plus
