Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an RPA Developer. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, crafting technical documentation, and maintaining the performance of deployed automation bots. The role requires adaptability in working with evolving technology in a dynamic work environment. Compensation Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities Experience in Software Development and related programming languages Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus Understanding of business processes and identifying automation solutions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in RPA implementation or process efficiency improvement is an advantage Equal Opportunity Employer Arka Global is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
