Work Setup: Work From Home

Shift: Day Shift (5 AM2 PM PH Time)

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and optimize Teramind system settings for accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational needs
- Generate actionable insights from Teramind usage trends to highlight strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the HR Compliance Team, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on best practices
- Partner with the HR Compliance Manager to ensure Teramind strategies support compliance goals positively and constructively
- Maintain high standards of system accuracy and reliability, ensuring trustworthy and actionable data
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements based on data trends, system capabilities, and evolving business needs

- Smooth and optimized operation of the Teramind platform
- Accurate and timely delivery of Progress Highlights aligned with compliance pillars
- Increased ease of use and satisfaction among the HR Compliance Team and leadership
- Clear, trend-based insights that support coaching and professional growth
- Ongoing alignment between Teramind strategies and HR compliance objectives

Who We're Looking For

Experience:

- 35 years as a systems analyst, IT administrator, or related role

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in system configuration, data analytics, and reporting
- Familiarity with productivity/compliance platforms (Teramind experience preferred)

- Analytical mindset to transform system data into meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills to present technical information in a user-friendly way
